Just make sure it gets really really slippery and in the end you're sliding around the floor, trying not to fall. If you feel comfortable, you can slowly slide and fall to the floor. Then you try to get up, but as the floor is slippery it is hard to do it. You can focus on the sneakers if you wish, I'd love to see them get messy from the bananas.
