You could do a standing shoe dangle/heel pop/shoe play from behind for a while. But eventually go to a chair or couch or bed or even the floor and just hold the bottoms of your feet up to the camera as if it were a face to show the dirty,sweaty grime on the bottoms of your feet. You could rub them all over the camera lense as if you were just smothering and dominating a face with them.
