Sprained ankle I sprained my ankle a day ago but it feels a lot better today. I have to wear high heels tonight so I try to walk with those heels. It seems ok. Ankle aches a little bit but i think i should be fine walking with high heels tonught. ooops i sprained the ankle again. now i have to give a massage to the ankle and i have to give the idea of wearing high heels tonight
