You wake up late for work. Last night, you fell resting on the couch in your clothes, but at least that means you don't have to get changed...except weirdly, your sensible work shoes have been replaced with a rather lovely pair of strappy, laced-up (or buckled) sandals! They're completely unsuitable for going to work in. You panic, already late for work and now you have to change your shoes...except you can't. This is why this is stuck genre.
