I have to do this job. Boss keeps giving me so many things to do and I can do this. This belly ache is not gonna stop me. Oh it's getting worse and worse but I keep trying to work. I am moaning, suffering, trying to find a best position but othing helps. Finally I move to the couch hoping to get some relief. Then the boss calls. He keeps giving me so many other jobs I can hardly speak to him because of the painan finally once the conversation is over I fall into a couch moaning, screami nand crying how much my belly aches
