You really should put a passcode on your phone. You left it in the conference room again where anyone could browse through it. If HR could see what was on this phone I'm sure you'd be fired in a heartbeat. I know lots of guys like to snap candid pics of their coworkers but the last thing I expected was to discover they were all pics of men.
