I love high heels.

I look sexy in them and feel strong and confident. Watch me smoke my Black Devil cigarettes while I relax on the couch in my evening dress.

Hmmm... My old ashtray is getting full and I'm bored of it. Let me try something new. I'm going to ash my cigarette in this high heel! Maybe next time I'll ash in your mouth? My ashes go wherever I please, remember that.
