With the air conditioner and all fans turned off, in the middle of a hot summer, I quickly build up a sweat and move closer to the camera to show you how the sweat glistens off my sweet skin and my eye makeup smudges from the perspiration. My calves and glutes were so sore after this workout, I couldn't walk for three days afterward!
