today i was my record in breath holding, because in the last video i hold my breath for 1.47 minutes and it seemed so long.i started to dive and the first hold was for 1 minute 47 seconds, i was surprised, and then more delays at least 2 minutes, and the longest was 2 minutes 30 seconds!!! I am so proud of myself, I tried as much as possible to stay underwater as long as possible! and then I tell you about my feelings when I was underwater!
