This is the second hiccup in a few days, the first was when she went to her birthday party. The next one happened when she was making a video of herself swallowing a large piece of fruit and it caused her to hiccup. This hiccup was loud and strong, it made her uncomfortable and caused chest pains. Lily wanted to get rid of it quickly and started holding her nose so that no air could get in and the hiccups would stop, but it didn't help much.
