You are outside the bathtub which is filled high completely with water. You are going to be dunking bent over the tub.You start wetting your hair by dunking your head completely underwater, deep under, and staying under for some time with, as long as you can. You do this several times. You shampoo your hair two times with much foam, and after each shampoo you dunk your head completely under the water, again deep under with as long possible. You also do this several times after each shampoo.
