I’m a real estate agent (or estate agent or realtor) and I’m trying to sell this house to a man who obviously loves it but can’t make a decision. He’s pissing me off with his indecision so I want to close the sale and make him buy it but I also want to beat him up and smother him.

To get both of these goals, I suggest we wrestle and if he wins, I’ll get him a 10% discount and if I win, he has to sign the contract at the current price right now. I’ve overlooked telling him that I have a martial arts black belt so he has no chance!
