This is the second half of "Fatal Smother of The Stranger"

She is sitting on her victim’s face when she looks out of the window and says, “A car’s just pulled up.” As a woman gets out of the car, Lily realises that this is the person that her victim, Marcus, had been waiting for. Lily teases Marcus about this until his phone rings. She picks it up and sees that her name is Christine and teases him again before cutting off the call.
