You like arm bars and painful arm locks?

Here’s a half hour video full of them taken from many of my videos. I am a judo black belt and I know how to make a man submit in an arm bar or arm lock and you can see heaps of them here.

There’s ude gatame, juji gatame, waki gatame, kimura, reverse arm bars, classic horizontal arm bars, double arm bars and reverse half nelson. Because I enjoy it, my victim suffers and has to submit many, many times and because I’m a little sadistic, I often keep the hold in place even after he’s submitted, so I can torment and break him.
