He drags her over to a couch, bends her over and ties her wrists. He then stuffs her mouth and put's sticky pvc tape over it.

Liricaa is now on the floor, getting all tapped up. The Evil Doctor tapes her torso and tummy, and then tappes up her legs.

Once he is done with tapping her up he leaves her all alone to struggle by herself trying to break free.
