I need to get out of bed, brush my teeth, and get myself ready for work. However, I'm still tired. I hop out of bed and stand in font of the open window thinking the sun & fresh air would wake me up, Its not helping. I can't stop yawing. A few minutes with the window open, I begin to notice my alleges acting up. Now my nose is running clear mucus, my eyes are scratch & watery, my yawning has gotten worse.
