Lisa whips and canes her slave while he has a pair of forceps attached to his nipples and a spiked parachute device securing his balls. She stops caning him just so she can roll her pinwheel across his swollen balls, then beats his shins with a wood stick. This really makes him scream so she straps an inflatable ball gag in his mouth and pumps it up.
