I know how much me going from fit-to-fat turns Aurora on, and since she loved seeing how out of shape I was in my treadmill video I wanted her to see it in person! She got to be my "personal trainer" for the day, showed me how to do various exercises and I attempted to do them. Even though I used light weights I was SHOCKED at how difficult everything was!
