You will not believe how much my poor belly grows after this binge. As I am eating in my little bikini top I stop every once in a while to check on how my stomach looks. Pretty soon my flat tummy is protruding past my hipbones, like a swollen beach ball. I am so embarassed that I ate so much! Why did I do that?? Nothing I can do will hide my tummy....
