I was doing sooo well on my diet, getting nice and toned for summer! I try on my shiny metallic bathing suit so show you the progress I've made and you can see how nice and flat my tummy is. But then...I realized how HUNGRY I was, and you encouraged me to have a 'cheat day' to reward myself for my hard work. Why not? I deserve it, and look at how tempting this yummy fried food is....all of a sudden there is a plate of fried chicken, a plate full of egg rolls, a plate of tater tots and a giant cheese pastry in front of me.
