Red has been given a large dose of fast acting laxatives and locked into the standing stocks with her hands above her head to prevent her from interfering with the natural use of her diaper. She is clearly uncomfortable, as she struggles against messing her diaper. However, the laxatives are too strong and have an hour she loses the battle and loudly fills her diaper as Step-Daddy teases and humiliates her.
