So here's the script I had in mind. I understand there's a bit of a language barrier so everything I typed as far as dialogue goes is just an example.
The idea is that just like in the other clip, Tessa is going to the clinic to get a breast enlargement. She explains to nurse/doctor/surgeon Liza that she wants them to be sillicone and as big as possible. Liza gives Tessa a note with the cost of the surgery- it's intentionally extremely expensive because she wants Tessa to agree to sign up for a boob job experiment. Tessa agrees, and then Liza starts the experiment. Tessa is excited at first, but then Liza goes to far and her to get bigger and bigger until she's about to pop.
I was thinking about 20 minutes, and no nudity is necessary. The most important part of the clip is the acting that Tessa does when Liza puts the tube in her mouth. Ill explain below more of how the clip is setup, but it's all just a big example.
Tessa: Ok, so I have decided I want the biggest implants. I want my chest full of silicone.
Liza: Full of silicone? Are you sure?
T: Yes. Completely full. I want them big and tight. They need to look fake.
L: How fake? Do you want them to stick out?
T: Yes, I want them to stick out really far. I want everyone to know I am just full of silicone.
L: Ok, well, it's going to be very expensive. You have a very tiny waist and you want big tanks of silicone up here on your chest.
L: Here is the quote for getting such a massive boob job with all the silicone.
*Hands her a note with the price on it*
T: Oh my. That's way too much, there's got to be a cheaper way. I want big boobs, I need them to be so big.
L: Well, there's always...nevermind, forget I said anything.
T: What is it?
L: No, no, it's not a good idea.
T: Please tell me, I will do anything. I need my chest pumped with silicone.
L: Ok well, we have one boob experiment we can do. We will fill you up with so much silicone. You will have to sign a waiver though, that says I can do whatever I want to you and your big tits.
T: I will do anything, make me huge. Give me lots of silicone.
L: Ok, ok. Just sign here and here and I will be right back.
Tessa signs the release form. Liza gives Tessa the shot, like in the other clip. Liza places the hose in Tessa's mouth, and Tessa acts very nervous about it and once Liza starts to blow into it from the other side, she immediately looks surprised and make a face like she's sucking from the tube with eyes wide. Also with a closeup of her face if possible
L: Ok. Very good, very good. High boob pressure. Now get ready to suck hard.
Ok now, Liza places the tube back into Tessa's mouth. If possible could you have Tessa keep the tube tight in her mouth without holding it with her hand? If needed, Liza can hold the tube for her. But Tessa continues to keep making surprised faces, big eyes, act like shes sucking and blowing, etc, just very cartoonish. Afterward you can cut to a shot of Tessa with bigger breasts using whatever prop you used in the last clip.
... Tessa greedily takes the hose and sucks out of it, still looking surprised though. Try to keep getting close ups of her face, it doesn't have to be one continuous shot. Afterward, make the chest props a little bigger.
Have Liza take the hose and blow into it again to check for *pressure*. When she puts the hose in Tessas mouth have Tessa pretend to move her head out of the way like she doesn't want it, but she ends up with it anyway. Have Tessa grab at the hose but its stuck, and also put her hands around her boobs like shes trying to hold them back, etc.
L: We need to finish the experiment. Just be a good girl and suck out all the silicone.
This is where most of the clip will take place. Have Liza keep putting the hose in her mouth and filling her more and having her props get bigger. Tessa reacts more and more worried and surprised throughout the rest of the clip. Meanwhile, Liza is teasing her by saying things like "Drink more, drink more" "I wonder how long until you pop", etc.
The end of the clip could be Tessa at some point, and then wakes up on her back on a table or something. She is absolutely huge(you could use huge props and just put a blanket over here). When she wakes up she's worried that she is going to pop, but Liza is there and tells her to just drink more and puts the hose back in.

The video was absolutely incredible, you guys were perfect. The girls were great, I love how they always appear to be having so much fun no matter how silly the things we ask are.
Also, they both looked amazing as always and you did a great job editing the video. Loved the props and the idea you had at the end for the end of the clip.
It's one of my favorite clips ever and I'd love to commission more in the future...
