Here is the video that was born very accidentally :) We were just finished our ordinary shooting day and I was going to do my everyday nauli exercises, when our cameraman turned on the camera and told me to stand near the wall. He had the idea to shoot for you the whole process. So I'm just doing my normal routine, it's not a performance, it's just my practice in the particular way it usually goes. In pauses between uddiyana and rollings I'm answering operator's questions and comment what I am doing at the moment.

I'm sure you were interesting in me doing these belly tricks off camera, so now you have a great opportunity to check everything by yourself :)

We decided to do it as a real live show, so the scene is uncut, except the tiny moment at the end when we were out of battery :)) I did a little bit less rolling (as I normally would) just not to make you spend long pauses between sets, but it certainly did not change the whole picture!
