Celeste is a spy who has given false information to another spy, Lizzy. Lizzy has Celeste on a couch with her feet up. Lizzy tickles Celeste's feet unmercifully with feathers and then her bare hands. Eventually Celeste gives up the code, but who know's if it's the true code? Celeste has made up stories to get out of tickling before.
