Lizzy is Kyle's step-sister and she's pissed that he's such a lazy douche. She wants to sit down on the couch but he wont let her so she makes room and sits down. Then she puts her feet in his face to sniff. After a few seconds, Lizzy starts to completely smother him with her feet, closing his face off from air. Lizzy does this until she feels satisfied and leaves.
