Lizzy is sitting on a couch, drinking from a seemingly innocent water bottle. The more she drinks from the bottle, the more disoriented and dizzy she begins to appear. Suddenly she and falls on the couch she was sitting on. You walk in and begin to look at her motionless body. You pick up her hands and drop them. You pick up her legs and position them how you like. You are allowed the chance to manipulate Lizzy's body any way you see fit. When you have enough you walk out, leaving the Lizzy to fend for herself.
