Celeste is once again hiding a secret formula from Lizzy. Lizzy's over it and decides to teach Celeste another lesson. This time Lizzy wants to tickle Celeste's armpits. Lizzy has Celeste cornered in and tickles Celeste with her barehands and feathers. Celeste laughs and giggles but won't give up the location of the formula until she cannot take any more tickling.
