I am finishing my shift at the office and my heel is hurting so much. I need to remove my shoe and massage it, but cannot sit down, so I lean a bit agains the wall and can't wait to get back home. On the way home, I need to lean some more agains the wall and decide to let my heel out of the shoe. Once home, I change to flats and a more comfortable outit. I need to clean the place because a friend is coming over, but my heel hurts so much. Now the left heel starts hurting too.
