My boss gave me some file to work on this weekend, and I had set myself to concentrate on it. It is so boring though and my body is still tense from the workweek. After a while, I start stretching my arms and legs, it feels so good, I really need that to relax. So the workfile is set aside and I indulge in a nice stretching session on the bed. Feels so good!
