Well its that time of the year and i hadn’t realised just how much weight i had put on, i got a new gym kit thinking it would give me some incentive to go to the gym but look at me in it, the way my belly over hangs my yoga pants - the muffin man defiantly left me a present a huge muffin top which i could do without. I know i have been snacking on all the wrong foods and stuffing myself so much i may as well be a food bin.
