After christmas the diet has well and truly been fucked up and here i am now eaten all day and now stuffing myself with macdonalds meal fucking hell no wonder i am so fat with belly rolls and a fat back, i mean been told to go for a run to run it off, who the hell is this low life telling me such things, who the fuck wants to go for a run after eating infact who wants to go for any kind of run, its just not gonna happen, i will happily stuff myself and see the rolls pile on
