Disclaimer: This isn't a clip for anyone who requires a great deal of laughter. James is a military cadet, who despite being very ticklish, is determined to resist the sensations. Throughout the session he strained and tried to suppress his reactions; so the laughter was sporadic while the struggling was intense. He's, definitely, more of a whimperer than a laugher.
