Yvette is in the park on a nice spring day trying to forget the bulky term cast on her leg but its pretty hard to do. She's had to cut off half her jeans leg to accommodate it and she has to wear a mismatched plastic sandal on her cast foot. Her long toes stick out of it (and in fact peek out past the end of the sandal because they are so long). It's uncomfortable walking around in a mismatched shoe and people are checking her exposed toes out as they pass buy. Her long toes stick out of it (and in fact peek out past the end of the sandal because they are so long). She tries to get comfortable on the bench as well which proves difficult no matter how she tries. Finally she dejectedly puts her cast sandal on and hobbles off.
