Savage 20 min Naked Crossfit WOD
-Barbell Overhead Press - 5 x 5 increase in weight each round
-Barbell Backsquat - 5 x 5 increase in weight each round
-Heavy Curls - 5 x 5 each arm

4 rounds:
-10 push ups
-20 sit ups
-20 alternating v-ups
