Poor Ryan Rose has been having belly pain, and after her friends recommended a new doctor with unconventional methods, Ryan scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lora Cross, ‘ass doctor’. In the clinic, Ryan is met by not only Dr. Lora, but also her nurse Jazmine Cruz and their medical student, Josie Jo.

After the pleasantries are over, Lora demands that Ryan “expose” her “whole ass” for the next phase of the assessment. Once the initial shock has worn off, Ryan does get into a medical gown and then ends up with her ass out for Lora, Josie, and Jazmine to examine.
