Back home, you enter the living room with your shoes in your hands, almost lmping and complaining: "che mal di piedi! che male ..."
You sit down and squeeze your right foot in your hand and the massage its sole, with a suffering face saying "oh my feet ...".
After a few seconds you partner arrives and - as usual - you tell him that yout feet hurt: "mi fanno male i piedi". You can say that your shoes are tight if you want ("queste scarpe sono troppo strette") and
let him rub you painful feet.
You often tell him to be careful ("piano") and you often say "i miei piedi" or "che mal di piedi" ...
