Occasionally you rub your shoeless foot with your hand, but you also let your toes wiggle a little. At the same time, your left foot stays in its shoe but you use it to slide your empty right shoe around on the floor, sliding it back and forth, flipping it over, even crushing it a little with your left shoe on top of it.
