Trying to be healthy and eat like a normal person just doesn't seem like something I can accomplish. Here I am going to the gym and trying to stay focused but i keep sabotaging myself. I guess I'll never be able to resist over indulging in delicious food or be able to say no to dessert....especially a cake. Yummmm. I guess my diet is FUC**D.
