Zoom in and show a closeup of your foot as you dangle the shoe. Mention how your toes feel pinched and decide to expose your bare toes one by one. After a while, you say, "Just one more toe." Pop that final toe out and dangle the shoe from just your big toe! Let it swing there for a while...then, let it fall. Uncross your leg and insert only your big toe into the shoe and leaving all other toes out. Cross the other leg and do the exact same thing with that foot. At the end, show both of your feet on the floor. We see that you have both big toes in your shoes with all other toes out. Tease by slowly sliding one foot back then back in....then the other foot. Finally, take both feet out and place them on top of your heels. Wiggle your toes and sigh with relief."
