Pulled this guy over for going 20mph and he had the nerve to try and run. Luckily and unluckily for him, I play by my own rules. Lawbreakers quit their trouble when I take them in and give them the "special treatment". Hog-cuff. crawling. Locked to the floor. Thumbs.
