I love balloon in balloons so I thought in this video I would show you how I do it. I use a clear 17 inch and a teal 9 inch. I inflate both balloons by mouth and I also use helium in both of them as well. After I make my pretty balloon in balloon it's time to play with it. I tease my balloons by letting it float up to the ceiling before quickly pulling it back down. Once play time is over I use my nails to pop the clear balloon and once I do the teal balloon floats up to the ceiling. I'm surprised it didn't pop.
