I'm sitting in my car and I've got a pretty green balloon. As I blow up my balloon I mash it against the back of the seat and squeeze it. Once I'm satisfied with it's size I tie it off and put on a pair of latex gloves. I squeeze and squeak my balloon with my gloves. Then I grab an icicle off my car. I tease my pretty balloon with the icicle and I let it slowly drip water on my balloon. I use my latex gloves to rub the cold water from the icicle all over the balloon. Once I'm finished with my balloon I use the icicle to pop it.
