I've got one orange 24 inch balloon and several other balloons ranging 17 inch down to 9 inch and a dart. What do you suppose I'm going to do with this dart? I tease the balloons with it and then use it to put a few holes in the 24 inch balloon. I sit on the orange balloon and pull out the neck to release some of the air. While I'm sitting on the orange balloon I play with the other balloons before popping them with the dart.
