I have several pretty balloons scattered around me on the floor and my scissors. I take my balloons and squeeze and squeak them. I tease them with the scissors and I slowly cut off the mouthpiece bit by bit. On some of the balloons I keep cutting until I finally cut a small hole in the neck and I squeeze the balloon until all the air escapes. One balloon does get popped by my scissors.
