The beautiful Zoe has several pretty balloons tied in cluster that she plays with and twirls them around while she enjoys a cigarette. She talks about how pretty they are and asks if she should pop one. She teases her balloons with her cigarette until she gets her cigarette so close they burst. She pops several of her loons then has to light up a new cigarette to finish them off, one she even pops with a kiss of doom.
