Kymberly Jane is being a brat! She knows how scared of balloons popping that Daphney is but she sits right next to her on the couch and blows up three balloons WAY past their stated size until they explode with a super loud and scary bang! Daphney even tries to hide behind the couch cushion but Kym just gets closer and taunts her as she over-inflates the balloons to their breaking point!
