The training goes through the usual series of holds. Roger shows Anna how to best apply the rear, front, and reverse headscissors, and the details of how to cause maximum discomfort for your opponent. The training then moves on to smothering, in particular the three types of facesit that work well in both front and reverse. Final move in this initial lesson is to transition from a schoolgirl pin to a front headscissor.

Gorgeous Princess Anna has lots of fun learning and so does Roger while doing the teaching! The main session runs for just over 15 minutes and is followed by some bonus footage from the alternate camera.
