Today the weather is perfect and a walk in the nature is really what I need even if I know that later I will pay for this for this reckless exposure to allergens. Back in my house, my nose is itchy and I start to sneeze over and over. I blow my nose to try to purge my nostrils from all the inhaled pollen and in the last minute I try to do that with a closed nostril at time, letting the mucus run off from the open nostril. Eww!
