I am too shy to go to the gym, so I have to do my workout on my own in my bedroom. I am totally out of shape and after few jumps (you can appreciate fat waves on my belly) I am out of breath! All of the exercises are ten times harder than usual because of my prominent belly: abs crunches, legs stretches.. I am a disaster! Oh gawd I really need to stop and drink some water to get some relief.
