Luna is not feeling well, but her friend Dana has persuaded her to go shopping with her at the mall. Trying not to think about her sickness, Luna enters the fitting room of a store to try on different outfits while Dana waits outside.

After a few moments, however, the girl starts to get sick. Painful and noisy cramps pervade her abdomen and the poor Luna bends from the pain. In vain she tries to call Dana who has vanished! In a panic, Luna realizes that Dana has her bag with her and that she doesn't even have a mobile phone to contact her or tissues!
Luna understands that she has to stay in the dressing room: the cramps are too strong, the nausea torments her and she starts to feel the diarrhea inside her intestine, surely she wouldn't be able to reach the public toilet. Then she notices the trash can in the corner of the dressing room and decides that this is the only solution. She lowers her leggings and panties and squats on the bin, releasing a spray of liquid and disgusting diarrhea.
It's all too embarrassing! In the background you can hear the voices of people who are quietly shopping with their families without imagining that she is in the dressing room doing diarrhea in a trash can!
Once she's emptied her intestines, Luna has to find something to clean herself up with. Not having her bag with her, she has to resort to extreme methods: she takes a dress from the crutch, folds it and uses it to clean her diarrhea-soaked ass.
Once finished, she quickly dresses up and swears she'll never go back to that mall for the rest of her life! Luna runs away with shame. Dana is still nowhere to be found.
